Although the employed the Japanese director of Ringu 2 to make The Ring 2; the differences are astonishing.

It is important to note that The Ring is considered the most frightening movie ever released in Japan.

The Ring 2, the American remake of Ringu 2 is a must-see for anyone interested in the phenomenon of child abuse.

I'll reserve my observations, except to say that the Japanese are known for being a belligerent People with a long history of Fascism (that age of the Samurais), but the degree of horror in their version of The Ring 2 absolutely pales in comparison to the American version. Please watch and see for yourselves.
