JUSTICE IN THE ISRAELI JUSTICE SYSTEM

Tomorrow, February 15, 2016, is a big day for me.

My TRIAL for "insulting a public worker" begins in earnest.
Up until now, it was just preliminary hearings, in one of which, the Judge prevailed upon the State Attorney's Office to realize the travesty of justice they are demanding, as there is no evidence against me.
Of course, no democratic country that respects the concept of democracy and free speech would have any such law on their books. Israel retains that law from the Ottoman era. Yes, the State that purports to be Jewish and which further purports to protect its citizens and the world from Muslim cruelty, cruelly punishes it's Jewish citizens with Jewish conscience under a law that was part of the Code of Muslim invaders.
The State Attorney for the Northern region refused the Judge's good advice to close the case against me, which tells me that they are being driven by reasons that are neither rational nor jurisprudent.
Since the Affidavit was served against me, many things have happened involving the State Attorney's Office.
The matter and prosecution involving massive corruption of the former Head of the Criminal Division of the Tel Aviv region of the State Attorney's Office came to light.
A powerful Office has been set up to investigate corruption in the State Attorney's Office.
The Head State Attorney himself lost a case in which he accused a citizen of "insulting" him.
In-depth exposes of the State Coroner's Office reveals that Coroners who did not cooperate with the State Attorney were vilified. The new Head of the Coroner's Office, who would not change his Reports to suit the State Attorney, has said in a public interview that he was threatened and he fears for his welfare.
There's so much more I cannot even list it.
Tomorrow, as I walk into court; Ehud Olmert, a former Prime Minister will become the first former Prime Minister to begin a jail sentence for economic corruption. He was the Prime Minister who got us involved in a war with Lebanon though his advisers told him we were not in a state of preparedness for war.
The current Prime Minister's wife is under investigation and that may implicate her husband as well.
Tomorrow, I face my accusers not with fear nor with enmity, but with pity and I pray that I am given an opportunity to strengthen what remains of Justice in the justice system in the State of Israel.
